Customer Complaints Policy
Can refund some of the cost, but as this is a creative industry we can’t be liable if final product does not fit Clients own vision.
Fair Use Policy
Able to use all the footage we use for my own business portfolio unless requested not too in prior discussions before Project had began. Eg “FOR INTERNAL USE ONLY”.
Editing & Revision Policy
Clients are allowed one free edit before editing charges are placed. This exist so the projects do not go on forever.
Bookings on Public Holidays
After 8 hrs with the Day Rate goes back to Hourly Rate. (Public Holidays are charged 225%)
